Has the item made your life more convenient or easier in some way? Is life more comfortable and relaxing? Is life less stressful? Is there more peace-of-mind or more well-being in your life? Was there a story about how the item improved your life? Is there some backstory of what led you to this item? We would love to hear about it.
The Freelance Program is open to citizens of the United States residing in the United States only or citizens of Canada residing in Canada only.
Why Spiceplum?You can share your Amazon Associates tracking ID with us and we can display affiliate links on your item posts submitted through:

We can display country-specific tracking IDs in the affiliate links as well (e.g. if there is a visitor from Canada and you have provided a Canada tracking ID and the item you are posting about is available in Canada, the Canada tracking ID and affiliate link will be displayed). We will display your tracking IDs 100% of the time on your item posts submitted through:
www.spiceplum.com/submit-post
where the product links are available.
Sign up for an account here. What is an affiliate link?An affiliate link is a link to a product on a merchant's website. This link will have a tracking code or ID in it that will let the merchant know who referred the visitor to the merchant's website. If a visitor to the website clicks on an affiliate link and makes a purchase and the conditions are met for the affiliate program for the merchant, the affiliate receives a commission from the merchant. You can sign up for an affiliate program here:

There are affiliate programs for visitors from other countries too like England, Australia, Germany, Spain, etc...
Can I encourage visitors to use my affiliate links?Persuading someone, incentivizing them, or encouraging someone in any way to click on or use your affiliate link is strictly prohibited and will get you banned from affiliate programs and this site. Focus on giving good and useful information, giving good and genuine recommendations to help visitors and those reading your item posts, and be positive and helpful.
Why is serving the right country-specific affiliate link important?You might have a person visiting the website from Canada and they click a United States-specific affiliate link. They may make a purchase through that affiliate link, but the affiliate won't get the commission. The visitor would have to make a purchase through the Canada-specific affiliate link and the affiliate would receive the commission from the Canada affiliate program. In the same way, if a United States visitor made a purchase through an affiliate link for a Canada affiliate program, the affiliate will not get a commission.
Does it cost money to use Spiceplum?It doesn't cost money to use Spiceplum. The system will generate the affiliate links on your item posts from the tracking ID you provide us provided that the product links are available. We make every attempt to accurately detect the specific country where a visitor is visiting the website from and will serve the appropriate affiliate link specific to that country provided that the country-specific tracking ID is provided and there are product links for that country for that item available.
Can I link to my other social media accounts?Yes, once you sign up and have at least one published post of an item that improved your life, you can link to your Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Reddit, or Twitch.tv social media accounts from your profile page. The item post(s) you make must adhere to this site's
Posting Policy.Can I post about books?Yes. So long as the book has had a genuine and positive impact on your life and improved your life and adheres to our
Posting Policy, please post about it.
Is there anything I can't post about?Most things, provided that they have had a genuine and positive impact on your life are allowed. Anything prohibited in the
Posting Policy is not allowed.
How many pics do I need?The answer to this is the more the merrier. Although, at least one pic is required. Taking more pics and from different angles helps anyone else who may be interested in the item. Placing the item nearby a 12" or 300mm ruler can help with getting a sense of the relative size of the item.
What else do I need to know?It is recommended that you write a compelling and genuine backstory that is your own about how you found the item or came upon the item and/or your compelling and genuine story of how the item improved your life. You can write about how the item specifically improved your life and identify some features/specifications that you like and provide a brief overview and review of the item. You may wish to link to your Spiceplum @ profile page or Spiceplum item posts from your other social media accounts (Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, etc...)
